I would highly recommend them. I am 95% back to full recovery thanks to the workouts Adam had me do and what he suggested I do at home. I, also, need to mention that I have been twice a week for the past month AND it has been less than two months since my knee surgery. Thank you, Adam!!!

NRH has been fantastic, Jane has been working with me every step of the way so far in my recovery. She spends the time to show me the exercises I need to do to continue my progress.

I severely injured my hand in September and needed surgery. I was told that there would be a long rehab in front of me. My orthopedic surgeon's office recommended Sarah at Northeast as the "best in the business" and I have gone from complete hand immobilization (six weeks in a cast/splint as there were two fractures as well as tendon involvement) to TYPING this review in less than two weeks. Sarah, you ARE the best. You are already giving me my life back, and you are kind, compassionate, caring, an tough where I need pushing.
